Chronic Pain Therapy

Therapy for the Peripheral Nerve

Definition
The peripheral nerve is a pathway connecting sensory and motor stimuli to the central nerve.
Causes
There are various causes. The causes include in the case of an abnormal metabolism of substances such as glucose and lipid causes their accumulation in the nerves and consequently causes nerve damage, the case of injured nerves caused by trauma or other factors and the case of indirect factors such as chemotherapy.

HILT (High Intensity Laser Therapy)

HILT can treat inflammation in the knee, shoulder, wrist and ankle joints.

High intensity laser therapy (HILT)
HILT applies laser energy to the knee, shoulder, wrist, and ankle joint in order to treat the inflammation without damaging the tissues. HILT uses a laser therapy machine that can treat the local inflammation region causing the pain safely and effectively.

Nerve-Root Injection

Definition
Because the disc presses the nerves, the symptoms including pain and a pulling feeling in the legs can occur. In this case, if the cause of the nerve compression is eliminated through surgery, the pain will disappear in most of the patients.
However, in 5-10% of the patients who have undergone the surgery, inflammation around the nerve occurs and the pain is worse. In this case, a needle is injected into the interdural space surrounding the disc and nerve. Through this, the occurring nerve inflammation is relieved and natural treatment is induced.
Characteristics
Nerve-root injection is an injection therapy to reduce inflammation. During the therapy, the needle is injected into the interdural space surrounding the disc and nerve.
The injection can induce relief of nerve edema, get rid of pain, decrease nerve damage caused by disc and support natural treatment of disc.

Peripheral Nerve Injection

Definition
Peripheral neuropathy is a set of symptoms that are caused by an abnormal motor nerve or sensory nerve. The prone nerves areas are the nerves at the end of muscles, blood vessels and skin. Peripheral neuropathy causes inflammation on the nerves extending from the central nervous system such as the head or the spinal cord.

Scenar Therapy

Definition
Scenar therapy is a therapy that enables the human body to relieve various pain by itself. The therapy applies electrical stimulation similar to electrical waveforms that occur in the human body and makes the central nervous system notice problem areas.

In addition, the Scenar pulse which is a momently changing physiological electrical signal, acts on both the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system and produces neurohormones, this makes the human body maintain the analgesic effect on the painful areas by itself.
